Richard Battaglia has been the Front of House engineer and Tour Manager for the Grammy Award winning Béla Fleck and The Flecktones since the groups formation in the late 1980's. Although the group's tour schedule keeps him busy, he's also able to devote time to studio engineering and equipment design.
